There is a popular notion that people with poor credit rating are only eligible for full cash out buying.  This is a myth.  There are Loans For People With Bad Credit, and they are also the typical loans.  In terms of getting a house for example, they can still get a mortgage.  It may require a hi  r down payment.  If you have no funds to cover that, then you may get federal assistance.  It is like the government backing up your loan.  You can also look at the houses being sold by federal agencies, so it will be the government you will have a loan with.
