Yesterday, my friend Ruth told me about some problems she was having with her computer. Ruth has not had the computer for very long but she is already having problems. Ruth said that sometimes she will be running the computer for hours and then it start computer freezing. She said other times she can turn it on and it freezes right away. I told Ruth that there are a couple of reasons that it could be freezing. I told her to check that she had the latest drivers on her computer. I suggested that if she did not know how to do this, it is best to take it to a technician.
