Now I need to quit smokeless tobacco
March 26th, 2011 . by adminRecently, I’ve been getting in shape. I started exercising six days a week and have lost over 20 pounds. I also started eating a much healthier diet, including more fruits and vegetables. The problem is I’m still dipping. I’ve had this bad habit for over 15 years and I can’t seem to shake it. So I’m working hard now to quit smokeless tobacco within the next 60 days. I’m using a mixture of fake smokeless tobacco and real tobacco so I can wean myself off of nicotine. I’ll continue to mix a larger amount of the fake stuff every few days, until I’m finally completely off real tobacco. It may be tough, but my health is too important.
