Eat the right food to reduce tummy fat

Exercises alone cannot help you to lose the tummy fat. Furthermore, you must eat the right food at the right time. Instead of eating three big meals a day, eat four or five small meals. This will save you from eating large amount of food for every meal. In addition, it will also keep your hunger levels under control. Make sure that you have some kind of fruit, after every meal. This helps you to reduce tummy fat in your body. For breakfast, have cereals or oats. Your afternoon meal should contain only boiled vegetables. Avoid having meat and dairy products, as they tend to increase the fat content in your body.
