Monitoring Your Oxygen During Exercise

I wanted something to measure my heart rate while I was hiking and doing other types of exercise. I don’t have any medical training but I do know that during exertion or any exercise you need to keep your oxygen levels up.  I decided to purchase a go2 achieve oximeter from Nonin.  I am very pleased with my purchase.  Not only is it durable but it is extremely easy to use.  I have tested it against an oximeter in my doctors office and found the readings to be exact. Now when I am hiking or doing any other extreme activity I can make sure that my oxygen levels are where they should be for best health and performance.
