If you’re anything like me, you’re all too familiar with calisthenics. You know–push ups, jumping jacks, pulls ups, dips, and other resistance exercises that rely on your body weight. I used to have to do such exercises all the time during my physical education classes in high school, and out of all the exercises, I probably enjoyed push ups the least.Why?  They just aren’t very comfortable to perform.
