Which Hair Shears Give the Most Value for the Money?

I don’t want to spend more money than I need to, but I also don’t want to get anything that is low quality. Can anyone tell me which hair shears give the most value for the money? I would really like something in a middle price range rather than something very expensive since I have a limited budget for equipment right now. I am just getting started and want to wait until I make a bit more money before I go all out on my supplies.
