That’s because, of course, you have other options. If you want superior customer service, T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T are all more than happy to step in and make you theirs. Though lacking some of the coverage of Verizon Wireless, the other three do their best to make up for it in the way they treat their customers. So, if you are in need of a better relationship, it’s time to make that switch!
